We Start Year 25!

It’s hard to believe – August 1996 was the beginning of Abeln, Magy & Associates (now Abeln, Magy, Underberg & Associates).  Each day I feel lucky to be part of such a great team and in such a dynamic industry. 

Many search firms count recessions and tough years. We view each year as an opportunity. Yes, there are years that were more challenging than others. It’s not about us, however. We look to our clients who have weathered tough times.  We look to candidates who have been impacted but have stayed resilient. We look to leadership teams who have made their companies even more successful during tough times. 

Each day, I come to work feeling fortunate I get to work with amazing clients, candidates and coworkers. 

We enter year 25 during challenging times – but ready to serve our clients as they navigate tough business conditions.  We stand ready to partner with them in creative ways to bring impactful talent to their organizations.
